 Zelma Reservoir
Sunday night went fishin out at Zelma with a buddy, was pretty good fishing the whole time we were there, lotsa pike biting, i saw a few over 6 pounds, i just caught little ones but was still pretty exciting. Later on as we were leaving a few guys were starting to catch some nice walleyes on the west dam with pickerel rigs Anybody else go to Zelma recently?

 Re: Zelma Reservoir
its less than an hour southeast of saskatoon, if you google map it you'll probably be able to find it
but if you cant just drive east from Allan, its about 10-15 mins from there

 Re: Zelma Reservoir
Fished Zelma and Bradwell a couple weeks back. Fishing was really good, got about 10 in about 4 hours split between the two. Storm wildeyes (the perch ones) seemed to be the hot ticket.

 Re: Zelma Reservoir
went out to zelma last night and got skunked to make things worse there were lots of people catching fish, even my friends managed a small walleye and a couple of pike minnows were the way to go apparently, all i had was crawlers

 Re: Zelma Reservoir
well they guys that had the working bait i've never met before me and my friends brought crawlers, and the one pickerel was the only bite he had all night
my other buddy gave up on rigs and crawlers and caught his pike on black and green spinnerbaits

 Re: Zelma Reservoir
Haven't been there for about a week or so but it seems to be not bad, lots of boats are usually on the water
